Refunds & Cancellation

The short version

• You change your mind or cannot come: no refund.
• We cancel the event: full refund, automatically.
• An activity is rained off: refund or pro-rata credit for that activity.
• Track Day Car, engine size wrong: a free switch to another car or a full refund if it comes to light in time; 40% back if it is found at the pit gate. Details

Passes are non-refundable

Once a pass is purchased it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. This includes change of mind, travel problems, illness, and not turning up on the day.

The reason is simple: circuit hire, marshals, medical cover, karts, machinery and crew are all committed and paid for well before the event, against a fixed number of places. A place held for you is a place not sold to anyone else.

Track Day Car: engine size

Only cars with an engine of 1970cc or more go on track. You enter the engine size when you book, then attach a photo or PDF of your car’s RC on your passes page so we can check it before the day. If the engine size turns out to be wrong:

To switch cars or claim, email support@fuelfestindia.com with your booking reference and a photo of the RC. Bookings made before this rule was added are not affected.

Once issued, a pass is yours

Each pass carries its own QR code and admits one person, once. How you use it is up to you. We do not change, reissue or exchange passes after they are issued, and a pass that goes unused is not refunded.

Whoever uses a pass for a driving or riding activity must meet that activity’s licence, age and safety-gear requirements, and sign the indemnity at the circuit.

If we cancel or postpone

If Fuel Fest India 2026 is cancelled outright, every pass is refunded in full, without you having to ask. If the event is postponed, your pass is valid for the new date, and you may request a full refund instead within 14 days of the new date being announced.

Weather, red flags and part-delivered activities

Track and arena activities depend on conditions and on the circuit’s safety calls. Here is exactly what happens in each case.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else. Once approved, expect 5 to 7 working days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.

Where a refund is due, we refund the full amount you paid, including GST. We absorb the payment processing charge rather than deducting it from your refund.

Amounts collected for the circuit

Some passes include an indemnity charge that is paid to the Buddh International Circuit rather than retained by us. Where that applies it is stated on the pass page. If an activity is refunded before the form is signed, that amount is refunded with it.

Vendors and stall bookings

F&B stall bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, because the space is allocated and cannot be resold at short notice.
