Terms & Conditions
The terms on which Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited sells passes for Fuel Fest India 2026 and admits you to the event.
Last updated 15 October 2026
Who you are contracting with
Passes are sold by Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India, GSTIN 06AAMCM2786J1ZY, with its registered office at 14/13/1, Shop No. 25, Guru Nanak Charitable Trust, Nicholson Road, Kashmere Gate, North Delhi, Delhi 110006.
“Fuel Fest India” is the name of the event. The contracting party, the seller on your invoice and the recipient of your payment is Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited.
Your payment and your bank or card statement will show Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited. That is the same company.
What you are buying
A pass is a personal, revocable licence to attend Fuel Fest India 2026 at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida, on the published date, and to take part in the specific activities named on that pass. It is issued as Fuel Fest India event membership. It is not a share, an investment, or a right to any future event.
Prices, GST and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Except where a pass states otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST, which is calculated and shown as a separate line before you pay.
- The Biker Academy pass is priced inclusive of GST, and its page says so.
- Some passes include a charge collected on behalf of the Buddh International Circuit. Where that applies it is stated on the pass page.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and we issue a pass. Reaching the payment screen does not reserve anything.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error before a pass is issued. If we do, we will offer you the corrected price or a full refund.
Entry to the venue
- A General Access pass is required alongside every other pass, except Night Drift & Fest, which admits you on its own. No other pass gets you through the gate by itself.
- Government photo ID matching the name on the pass is required at entry.
- Your QR pass is exchanged for a wristband, which must be worn all day.
- Entry may be refused, or a wristband removed without refund, for intoxication, unsafe behaviour, abuse of staff or other attendees, or breach of venue rules.
Driving, riding and passenger activities
Motorsport is dangerous. Track, arena and karting activities carry a genuine risk of injury or death, and you take part accepting that risk.
- You must meet the age, licence, safety gear and experience requirements published on that pass’s page. They are not waived on the day, and no refund is due if you arrive unable to meet them.
- An indemnity form must be signed at the activity desk before you take part. Some are operated by the Buddh International Circuit rather than by us.
- Marshal and instructor instructions are binding. You may be black-flagged or removed from a session for ignoring them, without refund.
- Where you bring your own vehicle, it is your responsibility to present it in a safe, roadworthy and scrutineering-ready condition. We may refuse a vehicle on safety grounds.
- Damage to your own vehicle, and to any third-party property caused by your driving or riding, is your responsibility.
Under-18s
Minors may attend the festival with a parent or guardian. Individual activities set their own age requirements — some are strictly 18+, and some admit younger participants only with a parent or guardian present to give consent. Check the pass page before booking.
Changes to the event
Schedules, activities, partners and performers may change. We will publish material changes and, where they affect what you bought, contact ticket-holders directly. An activity may be shortened, delayed or cancelled on safety or weather grounds — see Refunds & Cancellation for exactly what happens to your money in each case.
Refunds
Passes are non-refundable. Once issued, how a pass is used is up to its holder; we do not change, reissue or exchange passes, and an unused pass is not refunded. If we cancel, you are refunded in full. The full policy is at Refunds & Cancellation and forms part of these terms.
Resale
Passes may not be resold at a markup or through a third-party ticketing platform. Passes offered for resale commercially may be cancelled without refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from your pass is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel and accommodation costs booked around the event.
Personal belongings are your responsibility. Parking is at your own risk.
Photography and filming
The event is photographed and filmed, and you may appear in material used to promote Fuel Fest India. See our Privacy Policy for how to opt out.
Vendors and stall holders
Stall bookings are subject to a valid business registration and, for food and beverage, a current FSSAI licence. Menus and pricing are subject to organiser approval. Setup and teardown windows are shared on confirmation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that nothing prevents you from pursuing a remedy available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
