There is nothing to ship

Fuel Fest India 2026 passes are delivered electronically. No physical ticket, wristband or document is dispatched, so there are no shipping charges, no courier and no delivery address to provide.

How your pass arrives

• By email, to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment.
• The email contains your booking reference and a QR code. That QR code is your pass.
• Show it on your phone at the gate, or print it. Either works — it is scanned on arrival.

If your pass has not arrived within 2 hours, check your spam folder first, then email support@fuelfestindia.com with the name and phone number you booked under. We can resend it.

On the day

• Your QR pass, on a phone or printed.
• A government photo ID matching the name on the pass.
• For driving and riding activities: your driving licence, and the safety gear listed on that pass page.

Your QR is exchanged for a wristband at the gate. The wristband is what gets you into the activities you have booked, so keep it on for the whole day.

Wrong email address

If you mistyped your email at checkout, contact us with the name and phone number you used. We can correct the address and resend — the pass itself is unaffected.

Passes are for a single event

Every pass is valid only for Fuel Fest India 2026 at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida, on the published date. A pass is not valid at any other event and does not carry forward.

Activities bought at the venue

Some activities — including Drift Taxi and Track Taxi — are sold at the activity desk on the day rather than online. If you registered interest for one of those, you will not receive a pass by email. Bring your registration to the desk; it puts you first in the queue but does not hold a place.
