About Track Day Car

You bring your own car and drive it yourself on the Buddh International Circuit, on an open pit lane. One co-passenger rides with you at no extra cost. Includes service facilities, drift pad access and an evening get-together.

What's included

Your pass includes

  • Open pit lane session — max 15 cars on track at a time, rolling basis
  • Brake pad replacement / service facility — labour only, no parts
  • Tyre changing facility
  • Complimentary Drift Pad access all day (one car at a time, subject to availability)
  • Evening get-together pass
  • 1 co-passenger included at no extra cost — they ride with you and have the same access you do, except they never drive. They need their own General Access pass for venue entry
Rules & notes
  • Runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Buddh International Circuit.
  • Only cars with an engine of 1970cc or more are allowed on track.
  • After booking, attach a photo or PDF of your car's RC on your passes page, so the engine size is checked before the day.
  • Engine size entered wrong? Tell us by 10 Nov, 11:59 PM IST, or within 48 hours of paying if that is later (never after 17 Nov, 11:59 PM IST), for a free switch to an eligible car or a full refund.
  • Found at the pit gate on the day: the car can't go on track, 40% of what you paid is refunded, and you can stay for the day as a spectator.
  • Multiple cars per driver allowed — each extra car needs a paid sticker set + transponder.
  • Multiple drivers can share one car, but every driver must register separately.
  • Only 1 co-passenger in the car at a time. The seat is free, but your co-passenger still needs their own General Access pass to enter the venue.
  • Drifting Arena access is included free with this pass; non-participants pay separately.
  • Optional drift taxi in drift sessions — 25% of the fee charged is paid to you.
  • Food & beverage stalls on-site; more activities to be announced.
  • Extra spectators need their own General Access pass.

Event terms & indemnity

  1. The rules. I will follow the rules of Fuel Fest India 2026 (20th November 2026, Buddh International Circuit), the rules printed on my pass, and every instruction from marshals, officials and venue staff. I will keep up with any updates to these rules published before the event.
  2. Conduct. No outside alcohol, illegal substances or weapons. No rash or unsafe driving inside the venue, in the car parks or on the approach roads — it can lead to action by the organiser and by the Buddh International Circuit. I will ask the owner before touching any car on display.
  3. Damage. If I damage venue property, a vehicle or equipment, I will pay the cost of putting it right.
  4. Photos and filming. The event is photographed and filmed, and I may appear. I agree that Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited and Fuel Fest India may use that footage to report on and promote the event. Photos and video I take at the venue are for my personal use; commercial use needs written permission from the organiser.
  5. Admission. Right of admission is reserved. Entry can be refused, or I can be asked to leave without a refund, for unsafe behaviour or for breaking these terms.
  6. Booking for others. If this booking covers other people, I accept these terms on their behalf, and I will show them these terms before the event.
  7. Motorsport is dangerous. I understand that motorsport, drifting, karting and passenger rides carry a real risk of serious injury, death, and damage to vehicles and property, for me and for others. I take part of my own free will and accept those risks.
  8. Fit to take part. I am medically fit, and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone driving holds a valid licence. I will wear the safety gear required, and I will not drive or ride if a marshal says I should not.
  9. My own vehicle. Where I bring my own car or bike, it is roadworthy, legally registered and insured, and I am responsible for it. The organiser is not liable for damage to it on the track or in the arena.
  10. Release and indemnity. To the fullest extent the law allows, I release and will indemnify Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited, The Med On Track, Drive X, Maxperience, the partner academies, the Buddh International Circuit and its owners, the sponsors, and their officials, staff and volunteers, against any claim, cost or loss for death, injury, or loss of or damage to property that arises from my taking part — except where it is caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  11. Forms on the day. I will also sign the physical indemnity form at the activity desk before my session. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present to sign for them.
  12. Binding. This indemnity binds my heirs, executors and legal representatives.
  13. Engine size. My car's engine is 1970cc or more, as entered at booking and as shown on its RC, which I will attach on my passes page. If the engine size is wrong and that comes to light by 10 Nov, 11:59 PM IST, or within 48 hours of my payment if that is later (never after 17 Nov, 11:59 PM IST), I may switch to an eligible car or take a full refund. If it is found at the pit gate on the day, the car will not go on track, 40% of what I paid will be refunded, and I may stay for the day as a spectator.
